  If I could give 0 stars I would. This man was incredibly rude and disrespectful!! If you’re anyone of of color I wouldn't bother doing with service this guy, unless you want to be treated unfairly.

  Called mark early Sunday morning because my iPhone wasn’t charging. He was fast and efficient in fixing my phone . He didn’t even CHARGE me for it !!!! Thanks Mark !

  A1 is the most reasonable brick and mortar store on the grand strand. Mark had my iPhone 8 product red battery port fixed within a matter of hours after dropping it off to him. He gave me such a reasonable price for the charge port I even bought an iPhone 8+ from him that same day! Very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will definitely be bringing all of my business here and sharing this gem with friends and family. Thanks A1!
